Title of the Research:
"Effects of food Handling Practices in Two Selected food Establishment in Balagtas, Bulacan"

Specific Problem:
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of the following?
a)Age
b) age
c) civil status
2. What are the practices of food service crew to avoid food contamination?
3. How do the food establishment in Bulacan implement the food handling
practices?

Type of Researches:
The researcher used descriptive research method in attaining the objective of the study. The researcher used random sampling technique to gathered data from service crews and customers in the food industry in Bulacan.

Participants:
The respondents of this study are the service crews and customers of the two selected establishments. The participants of this study were 35 customers, and 7 service crews fron greenwich Balagtas; 35 customers , and 7 service crews, from Jollibeee Balagtas .The total of the respondents is 84.
