Abstract
This research study aims to evaluate the factors that effect catering sin selected town in bulacan. The study answerede the major problems how are the factors directly affect the management of catering service in selected town in bulacan, and the specific problems ; (1) What are the profile of respondents in terms of ? (1.1) name, (1.2) name of the company, (1.3) occupation/ position, (1.4)length of the business(1.5)time of dervice, (2)what type of catering service do they offer?(2.1.1)on-premise occasion, (2.1)debut,(2.12) birthday, (2.13)thanks-giving ,(2.14)christmas party (2.15)wedding, (2.15)reunion, (2.17)christening, (2.18)anniversary, (3)guest preference, (3.1)menu types offered, (3.11)bouffet, (3.12)alacarte,(3.13)set menu, (4)client budget, (5)food safety sanitationand handling,(6)what do you think are the factors that effect the catering service in bulacan? The respondents are selected through ramdom sampling technique and this study made use of descriptive method. The researcher used locally constructed questionnaires to gather primary data from respondents. The research made used of eighty two (82) respondents including the waters and food server from catering service in selected town in bulacan like in, analita catering service patio silvara restaurant dories catering service remedies catering service. The gathered data were tabulated organized and encoded and statistically treated. Frequency percentage and rank were used. The data from the respondent was presented in tabular from and textual farm. To test null hypothesis of the study the chi-square method was used. The null hypothesis ' the formulated factors do not affect the management, quality of service , and profitability of establishments associated with event organizing and catering service in the province of bulacan' is accepted by chi- square computed value total and value wehich is less than the critical value of total is 25.26 On the light of the findings is therefore conclude that (1) there's a lot of service crews that want to become succesful in life that's why they are very eager to work in the work place of the food industry and catering service at very young age of 18. (3)gender profile of the respondents. Most food establishment prefers male employees that female because male can perform hander works.
