The general objective of the proposed study was to develop a LAN-Based Property Management System for Dr. Yanga’s Colleges Inc. TO achieve the general objective, the proponents comes up with the specific objective.
The proponents used some of the methods in research in order to guide the proponents for developing the proposed system. These methods used were descriptive method, library research method, survey research method and creative research method. Data gathering instruments were also utilized to generate better results that would determine the success of the study. These instruments are the following:
questionnaires, interview and survey form.
The proponents proved that the summary of findings of the existing and proposed system has its difference. The proposed system got its highest rate than the existing system. Some of the Respondents agreed to have a computerized system that managed property. It is suitable to provide a computerized system in monitoring of each department’s property at Dr. Yanga’s Colleges Inc., to minimize the hassled time of writing and storing files.
The proponents recommend the proposed system to help the user compile records in computerized basis. To minimized time trough filtering or searching items/action reports. With the help of this the materials need for this system, process will improve.
