Abstract
The research study to answer the major problem "how do factors develop the skills
of BSHRM STUDENTS IN Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc.? and the specific problem "what skill does the students want to develop the most and what is the important tool in developing those skills? " The study also also presented the significance where the students can use the develop skills for their future careers in the hospitality industry. It also showed the the research might not as well serve as a reference material but a guide how a student performance contributes to to their desired field.

The null hypothesis socio-economic status has significant effect to the academic performance of the students.

The socio economic status has significance effect to the academic performance of the students is revealed by the chi-square method computed calue of 49.95 which is greater than the critical value of 41.

The researcher made us of descriptive method by means of questionnaire to gather data from the BSHRM students of Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc. The gathered data was tabulated, organizes , and encoded and statistically treated of frequency, percentage, mean and rank.

Therefore, the study have proved that training /workshop highly contribute to student's development of cooking and bartending skills. A lot of training must be observe to ensure the student's capabilities toward this skill is developed. Student's training will be more appreciated with the help of the school, professors and other facilities.
