The study focuses on proper discipline of students using the semi-military system especially in College of Maritime Education. Every student must possess typical skills required from an individual with immeasurable amount of dedication, motivation, perseverance, eagerness, creativity, understanding, resourcefulness, diligence, and a lot more. open-minded, willing to learn new things and can easily adapt to his/her environment. Identically speaking and mentally professional in skills about having the knowledge in path that they would take in every step of the way and the things they should offer in something they should do or have in their entire life. The main problem of our thesis is to discipline the students and implement the semi-military in our school for us to have a better school.
The findings of our thesis is the majority of the students wants to implement the semi-military system in our school. Imagining one’s self to be sailing the oceans miles away from home, facing the forces of nature like gushing wind & mountainous waves, could make an individual think twice whether or not this course is really fit for him. Despite all these, many students still get interested with it because, the Philippines, as one of the countries who provide major manpower abroad, this course is perfect for those who seek future financial freedom especially those who come from poor and middle class families.
