Descriptive research are valuable in providing facts on which scientific judgment maybe based; providing practices, behaviour, methods and procedures; playing a large part in the development of instruments for the measurement of many things; and formulating policies in the local, national or international level.
The data that had been gathered and were computed and validated regarding the perception on the rapid growth of population which categorized accordingly in the scores of their level interest dealing with and Likert-five point scale. Based on the result, there is a low margin of acceptability of the policy however the implementation is strongly implemented by the school and professors.
