Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify the relationships and contributions of the three dimensions of library services to the general satisfaction scores of the Maritime students of Dr. Yanga’s Colleges. By using multiple linear regression, the researcher concludes that Affect of Service (AS), Access to Information (AI), and Library as a Place (LP) have significantly large positive relationship with the general satisfaction scores of the respondents. Fifty-three percent (53%) of the variance in general satisfaction scores can be explained by the predictor variables which is statistically significant at p=.003. Moreover, two predictor variables (AI & AS) significantly contribute to general satisfaction scores with 95% confidence interval. Access to Information is the largest significant positive predictor (β = .435) of general satisfaction scores of the respondents.
