Abstract
The DYCI INFO APP: information kiosk System with mobile application is a web based system that can immediately response to the needs of the students, faculty member and visitors of Dr. Yanga's Colleges Incorporated. It is a Kiosk/mobile application that can provide them the information about the school and a more diverse way of gathering information especially announcements either department or institutionsal. Fast and hassle free access that even the visitors and newcomers can easily follow. It can present the updated announcement, calendar events including the whole year activities.downloadable forms for the students and faculty members, campus information's and 3D directory map that can be easily navigated for directions and the whole campus buildings.
The system was evaluated by the college and high school students, faculty members and visitors. The participants are satisfied with the content and performance of the system. The system evaluation was categorized into four parts namely user Interface, Functionality, Security and Accesibility.
The kiosk mobile application was developed using PHP with my Sqi and stech up for the designs of the 3D map. the system was developed by the researches to innovate more the methods of providing information's.
