Abstract
The intent of this thesis is to provide a wed based Human Resources Information, which is needed of our client institution, as part of their innovation, with application for much easier access of their accounts so they can easily monitor their performance as an employee. HRIS is made to be an acess with the use of internet so that, if an employee wants to file a leave, even as their homes, they can use the app to do so. Because the proponents believes that the internet is widely used and very commond to everyone, and almost all people uses it, the proponents proposed it to be accesible everywhere with the use of the internet connection.

The HRIS with app is designed to be user-friendly, with great look and feel, easy to navigate and well-functioning. The mobile application was intended to have few functionalities than on a web site. User employees can only view their account information, file leaave request forms and recieve notification.While the user admin has all the acess on the website, approve or decline the leave request, add, edit, create or delete employee accounts, view request notification, and such. This thesis proves that HRIS should be used given with this innovative einvironment. This system, if would be used by the client institution, would lessen thier paper consumptions, save time, and would be very efficient and would serve as one of the innovations the client institution wants.
