Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to create a website with mobile application for Dr. Yangas Hospital that can help them regarding to their services. With the help of internet, you can access and visit the website. You can also install the mobile aplication that connected to our website. The client or user can set an appointment to a particular doctor. The website can show the information about the names and schedule of doctor. Map and other hospital events like dengued awareness etc. is display. For mobile application, same function to website. The differnce is if you install the app you can access the websites directly.
The website with mobile application would help in viewing and providing the client a good high and quality of service. Instead of going to hospital for information they needed. They can visit the website where they can see the updates and services the hospitlal can offer. This website can also help them to advertise Dr. Yanga's Hospital.
The proponents conducted different kinds of method to design the proposed website and became succesful to the output of study such as survey, internet, library and descriptive method. These methods we use serve as instrument used to gather information to pursue the study.
