RFID-VSS(Vehicle Security System)is a type of system that monitor the in and out vehicles for the security purposes. It well help more by traacking and monitoring of the in and out vehicles. especially the beneficiaries which is the school that have chosen by the proponents was Dr. Yanga's Colleges, Inc. (DYCI) because nowadays, one of the problem in every institution is stealing of vehicles on their parking area.
The proponents used descriptive method and with help of internet, research survey and library research method; these are all useful because this approach is problem solving which seeks to answer question to real facts relating to exixting condition. It is mainly focuses on the current behavior of data, which goes with the goal of this study to assess the exixting condition of the new monitoring procedure of the security system and define the problems that starts in securing of all vehicles entering in DYCI.
The result of the software evaluation revealed the overall result. Based on the reslt gathered the software resceived very satisfactory interpretation. It means that that the study is equitable to be implemented in the school.
The proposed study contian different specific objectives to improve system that will reduce the time of workloads of the guard and to show the feasibility of the proposed study in terms of technical, economical and operational aspects.
The proponents concluded that the result that the proponents evaluated and their observation in the flow of the system, peole who park in school, the student, employee, guard who use the system and even the support service department who is the admin. It shows that they are satisfied in using the system because in the use of high-level security. The proponents also meet their objective for the proposed system. It is reccommended the proposed system to be used in securing the vivinity of Dr. Yanga;s Colleges, Inc. aside from being hassle free for the user/s they will assure for the safety of all vehicles inside the school. The proponents believed that the system wil help the school and have the improvements iterms of security.
