This research study entitled "The effectiveness of Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc. clinical instructors in motivating students in performing clinical skills aims to point out how effective the DYCI clinical instructors in clinical setting in terms of their knowledge ,skills and attitude . There were 60 students nurses respondents from DYCI ,primarily 2nd year ,3rd year,4th year nursing students who are currently having clinical area rotation. These 60 samples are composed of 41 female students and 39 male students. The sample is composed of (20) 2nd year,(20) 3rd year and (20)4th year students. A questioonnaire was used to gather data required for the research containing practical and sensible questions. The researcher gathered various foreign and local materials to use in the study. The researcher carefully gathered these data and made sure that these review of literature were relevant and cohesive to the subject matter. At first the researchers identified the problem properly so as to be point of research.the researchers used the work of Jean Watson, namely Seven Assumptions in Nursing Care and Dr Patricia Benner namely as Levels of Nursing Competence, as a basis of theoretical framework . The researchers conceptualize the parts of research to be considered stating the variable in which the research will be centered at. As the researchers have stated before,related literature were collected to serve as basis for the study.the researchers carefully studied the previous work and studies for other people who are directly and indirectly connected to the subject matter.the hypothesis was cleared and explained in Chapter II, since the related literatures yielded factual findings. The researchers used the proper research design and located the proper setting for the survey to be conducted at. The researchers have carefully chosen the respondents who will take part in the survey. In line with this, the researchers have prepared questionnaire to use in the study and have it validated for appropriateness and precision. Proper statistical techniques were also used in the study. After the researchers have retrieved the data , the researchers tailed it and interpreted it in form of tables. Verbal interpretations were also use in further understanding of the results that the researchers have obtained. After the data has been tallied and interpretations have been made, the researchers have concluded that the DYCI clinical instructors have a positive effect on the motivations of students in performing clinical skills.
