We conducted our research study at Dr. Yanga’s Colleges Inc. with the BSBA students as our respondents that allowed us to gather primary data to establish competent information and help us from generalization. The time frame of our research is from January 2009 in which we started forming questionnaires based on a descriptive type of research. For the relationship between year level of the respondents to the level of satisfaction in using the college school facilities, majority of the respondents are the first year students with the total of 50 out of 130 respondents. The relationship of year level of respondents and their perceptions to the college facilities is insignificantly related. The year level of respondents is said to be a factor to the satisfaction level of the college facilities of DYCL The researchers recommend the following:
1. Organize books according to its category.
Organize the books by course or by subjects with the help of personnel in library.
2. Ensure that there is always latest newspapers and magazines so that students are updated in the current events. The management should provide newspaper stand and magazine racks nde the library.
3. Provide additional copy of each book especially major subjects.
The management should have at least three copies of each books so that other students can borrow the certain books.
4. Instead of white board, professor shall use projectors in every discussion.
There must be at least one projector for the computer laboratory only to be use by the professor in every discussion.
5. Students will not be allowed to enter the computer laboratory without the professor.
Make sure that the laboratory is close after using it so that students can not enter.
6. Put internet connection unit, but it will be use only during classes.

7. Ask financial support to the management regarding with the renovation of
