Abstract
This is a study on nurses evolve as clicical instructor rather than staff nurse in Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc. together with their career preference . The researchers opt to various statistical method on the data such as percentage and frequency distribution ,ranking,weighted mean and T-test to evaluate the responses gathered by the researchers. Out of 20 Clinical instructors respondents, majority of the respondents aged 22-34 years old with percentage distribution of 10% of the sample population. Female respondents dominate the sample population with actual number of 12 with percentage distribution of 60% and male respondents were only 40% of the sample population. Single respondents dominate the population with actual number of 13 with percentage of 35% of the sample population. With the responses of the respondents try to use different term the researchers evaluated their learning experiences through rating their needs according to personal growth and professional growth. Lastly, the study was able to prove that there was a significant relationship between the repondents profile and their career preference ,thus rejecting the null hypothesis. In line with all these,hospital management needs to consider more benefits which will encourage staff nurses today to have satisfaction to their work . Clinical instructors profile and career preference is a major area for the future research. The relationship between the respondents profile and their career preference. Introduction and orientation programmed for the clinical instructors and staff nurse should be introduced for them to be informed on what their work loads ,benefits and salary they will be. Individual values ,beliefs and personality types affect the way in which people set and accomplish work goals and develop careers.
