Abstract
Identifying on how nurses tender their services in government and private hospitals regarding maternal and child health (MCH) was chosen to be the focus on the study. Nurses as a member of a health care teamare able to function independently and in collaboration with others in the hospitals, rendered their adequately safe anbd quality nursing care services to all clients in any clinical setting. The fundamental responsibilities of nurses are to promote health, prevent illnes, to restore health and to alleviate suffering of the patient. Now, nurses have been one of the professions that demands most here in our country and also to the other places all over the world, but then they have been subjected to the different issues such as health hazards for they are exposed to several diseases. the study will undertake different practices in government and private hospitals primarily that is located here in Bulacan. The selected nurses will be the subjects of this study.
The research paper is conducted through the help of the nurses in government and private hospitals in order to identify if there is any different between ways and practices on rendering services . Determining the number of patient, the nurses have in a regularly basis, the different negligence's omitted by the nurse, is he/she is capable of rendering quality care to the patients, and also in case of they are on leave are they willing to give there services whole heartedly in the call of duty.Theses are some of the situation concerns of the nurse. Another is the attitude of nurses towards the relationship to other health proffesion, to their superiors, to the patient/ client and to its significant others. And on how they experience stress, ethical dilemma while handling their patients.
The following data, which is in the discussion, is made and collected through the use of different books, journals and magazines and especially with the aid of our improving technology, the internet. This research paper will be a valuable contribution to the next generation of nurses. For the present conditions defect can be corrected, improved and can change not only for the benefits of nurses but also for the quality services it can render to thier patient.
