In every interpersonal relationship trust is a vital element in establishing well-functioning cooperative individuals. In health care, all programs can be affected if trust was broken which may eventually result to an even more serious problem, and rebuilding trust once it was destroyed by unforeseen events is a must to assure peoples cooperation to health programs offered by the public health sector therefore necessary intervention towards rebuilding trust is a must to maintain a healthy working relationship.
