Abstract
The evaluation of ward nurses here in bulacan regarding with the perceived effects of ambulation with post surgical patient was the topic to be studied .The nurses participated in this study were ward nurses who ha 1-7 yrs above length of experiences. The total populations of the ward nurses were 120 . The researchers conducts a research about to post surgical patients. The ward nurses perception regarding with the effect of ambulation is also being evaluated. The researcher designated their findings about the perceived effect of ambulation to the ward in term of the following variables: length of experience, time of ambulation and surgery done . And the researcher focused on the personal perception about how ambulation affect post surgical patient . The ward nurses were given a questionnaire were they will answer their perception about the perceived effect of ambulation , and the most common surgical operation where they perform post surgical patient ambulation. Therefore the aim of the study is to evaluate the pain perception of different ward nurses regarding the effects of early ambulation to post surgical patient, this study is part of larger study that deals on how nurses can help a post surgical patient for more fast recovery after surgery. It will make a valuable contribution to the study of how ambulation helps the post surgical on recovery period.
