The development of the Employee Attendance Monitoring System with Payroll using Biometric Device Application is intended to do a great enhancement for St. John Academy. The main purpose of the study is to develop an efficient employee attendance monitoring system with payroll.
The proponents used the Descriptive Research Method to gather information. The study focuses on the methods and steps that the researcher used to come up with
proper materials necessary to establish the problem and formulate its solution. The proponents used questionnaire to collect appropriate data and compare them, They
also used interview to clarify matters that is involved in the proposed study.
The study is beneficial to the employee of the school, Cashier and HR office.
