Abstract
The development of iPatrol:Barangay Taal, Bocaue, Bulacan is website and android application that is intended to achieve a quick response for the residents in terms of a certain incidents for a great security enhancement process of the BARANGAY. THe propesed study is beneficial to the administrator, assistant and residents in patrolling and sending reports.

The researchers used the descriptive research method in collecting information or ideas. the study focuses on the methods and steps that the researches used to come up with proper materials necessasry to establish the problemand formulate its solution. The questionnaire and criteria evaluation is being used to gather dataor information and compare them.The researchers also conducted an interview to gather information and compare them. The researchers also conducted an intervierw to gather information through oral conversations. They also gathered information by the help of observation which is the cheapest way to gather data.
The result of the study is that the iPatrol ; Barangay Taal, Bocaue, Bulacan provided a Barangay a vital website that will ensure that only authorized users or persons can acess the system of files and reports of the Barangay in the website. It also gave them a security by providing their username and password. Only the administrator and assistant could acess and manage thewebsite where the residents would send a certain reports from their android phone. ndroid application can be adopted for use in tracking, patrolling and monitoring certain incidents of the barangay also in sending reports by the residents.
