ABSTRACT
The study aims to have clear concept of strategy in terms of handling the students.
This research will show the readers the given task and responsibilities to the said group of officers. This will also answer the question of the students about the capability of the
I officers and if they are worthy on that position.
As for the research are making this research, the researchers expect to know the similarities as to operation of Corps of Cadet and the Maritime Council Officers and if
I. the students are satisfied in the S.Y. 2014-20 15 in order to help the administration the students and the officers to understand whether there are lapses or negligence on their duties .Several steps were conducted in order for the researchers to complete this study, which are; first researching about the topic using different references such as books , with the help of internet and others, another is gathering relevant data and reliable information The survey questionnaire were given and answered by selected Maritime Student Tabulation and Discussion of results are conducted after the gathering of data and information which were used in the analysis and interpretation of the results. Lastly the documentation of the result is the final step that the researchers accomplished.
