Abstract
This descriptive research aim to answer the major problem " how do the OJT of the BSHRM students in the Philippines and in Singapore be compared? " specifically it sought answer to the following answer (1) What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender and civil status? (2) what are the differences between OJT in the Philippines and in Singapore ? (3) What are the similarities between OJT in the Philippines and in Singapore? (4) What are the experiences encountered by the students while having their OJT in Philippines and in Singapore.

The respondents of the study were fifty (50) OJT students, Eighteen (18) of them come from Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc., ten (10) from Mindanao state University,two (2) from Bulacan Polytechnic College, one (1)from Our Lady of Fatima University, two (2)from Bestlink Institute of Information Technology and two (2) from Ateneo Bicol.

Statistical treatment of simple frequency, percentage, mean, rankling and spearman correlation coefficient. Null hypothesis is accepted because computed value is lesser than the critical value of rank correlation. It means that there are no difference between OJT in the Philippines and in Singapore in terms of; OJT experienced, place of work, Employer-attitudes, Employee-Trainee relationship and the rules and regulation of the establishment.

Based on the data presented and analyze, this study has found out that:

Most of the trainees in Philippines and in Singapore are between 19 to 20 years old. And all of them are single.

The researcher has found out that;

Trainees in the Philippines and in Singapore differ in their time schedule. Most of the trainees here in the Philippines were in opening shift, while trainees in Singapore find their OJT establishment through agency, and all of the trainees in Singapore received monthly allowance coming from their establishment, while most of the trainees in Philippines did not received compensation or even allowance.

Most of the trainees in the Philippines ans Singapore were similar in terms of work assignment, rules and regulation of their establishment, both trainees here in the Philippines and Singapore enjoyed their OJT. And most of the trainees in Philippines and Singapore have a good relationship to their co-employee, supervisor and manager.

It is also found out those trainees in the Philippines and in Singapore experienced difficulties during their OJT in terms of their scheduled, communication with the guest and safety and security after their shift.Majority of the trainees enjoyed their OJT; most of the trainees are treated well by their manager, supervisor and co-employee. And most of the trainees were willing to go back to their OJT. establishment after graduation.

Based on the findings, the following conclusions were drawn.

The trainees here in the Philippines and in Singapore have differences and similarities. Most of the trainees in the Philippines perform their OJT in the cruise line or super ferry while the trainees in Singapore obtain their OJT in a Hotel; Trainees enjoyed their OJT so they work less pressured; trainees that are single are the priorities of the employers; and trainees who perform excellent in their OJT have a big chance to be absorbed by the establishment.
