This thesis intended to explore the techniques/ strategies of Family Planning that will help the couples as well as the researchers to know the benefits of using different contraceptives that being used by the couples in the community. And also to know what is the most common contraceptives being used by the couples as well as to inform the couples to familiarized with the other contraceptives device or techniques. Family Planning Techniques control by means of contraceptives measures of the timing and number of births in research family. This research is for the couples to know what the different contraceptives are. Even though they are not attending Family Planning seminar. It is also for us to know if there are couples that are still using contraceptives for utilizing small and healthy families.
This research aims to inform, educate and convince couples on the use of Family Planning methods, this concise and readable explanation of the mportance of our thesis.
