Abstract
This study was conducted to distinguish on how the nursing graduates encountered a different barrier in terms of Intellectual, Social, Financial, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual that has five questions each. Our respondents are female and male who fail the nursing licensure examination. Specifically, the researcher’s chief reason is to increase their knowledge among nursing graduates and those who will be able to comprehend with this study. The study was done using a descriptive survey which the respondents from different places in Bulacan. They are asked to respond in it with complete sincerity.
Weighted mean, CHI square test and frequency, percentage were used to treat the data that was gathered. A perfect CHI square was shown upon treatment of the data. This shows that in intellectual questions has four (4) null hypotheses accepted based on the results, that there is significant relationship between barriers in passingihe Nursing Licensure examination and one (1) is a null hypothesis accepted that there is no significant relationship between barriers in passing the Nursing Licensure Examination.
In social question has four null hypotheses accepted based on the results, that there is significant relationship between barriers in passing the Nursing Licensure examination and one (1) is a null hypothesis accepted that there is no significant relationship between barriers in passing the Nursing Licensure Examination. In fmancial questions there are five (5) null hypotheses accepted which means there is significant relationship between barriers encountered in passing the Nursing Licensure Examination. In physical, there are two (2) null hypothesis accepted which means there is significant relationship between barriers encountered in passing the Nursing Licensure Examination and three (3) are null hypothesis accepted which means there is no significant relationship between barriers encountered in passing the Nursing Licensure Examination. In emotional has four (4) null hypotheses accepted based on the results, that there is significant relationship between barriers in passing the Nursing Licensure examination and one (1) is a null hypothesis accepted that there is no significant relationship between barriers in passing the Nursing Licensure Examination. In spiritual are there are five (5) null hypotheses accepted which means there is significant relationship between barriers encountered in passing the Nursing Licensure Examination. In standard deviation upon treatment of data shows that physical barrier is highest with a value of 0.60 and the least barriers is spiritual with a value of 0.14. As the student deliberate in the given time frame, they are able to familiarize themselves with the specific barriers, hence making them knowledgeable enough to pass the nursing licensure examination as fine as their activities of daily living.
The researchers came up to strong fmdings and conclusions that are important for formulating certain recommendations to be given to the nursing students, nursing education, nursing research, nursing school, nursing faculties. These nursing fields should work together to formulate an effective means on how to improve skills to be able to pass the Nursing Licensure Examination. Through this quality management will be provided for the betterment of the new nurses.Most of the respondents, the female respondents as results of the survey that emotional are the supreme baniers of them, and the least barrier that the female respondents encountered are intellectual. While in male, the most barriers that they encountered are social while the least barrier is financial. In physical mutually male respondents and female respondents aflinned that it is a barrier as evidence by the group of respondents agreed.
