Being a teacher is the most difficult professions on the words, it is not just teaching lessons to do the students but molding students as a person and make their perspective in life goal oriented. Teachers must have the knowledge, skills in delivering different strategies in teaching, and trainings in the field of education. In relation the researchers intend to determined the experience of teachers who completed continuing professional teaching education (CPTE) without a bachelor degree in education which allows non-teacher professional to be eligible to practice as a licensed teacher. The researchers wanted to know how the informants deal and resolve the challenges that they encountered and how effective is the coping mechanism being used by these teachers. The researchers used qualitative -phenomenological design. For this research study, informants were selected through purposive sampling technique satisfying the set criteria: 1) must be currently teaching 2)bachelor degree holder of other program than education 3) continuing professional teaching education graduate 4) licensure examination test passer. Data were selected using semi-structured interviewed guide. The interviewer instituted open-ended question depending on the responses of the informant. The interview lasted for about 10 to 20 minutes and a voice recorder was used fot the stablishment of credibility of the stated responses of informants. The researchers came out with the three themes which were : 1) challenges of CPTE, 2) solution: conquering the cjhallenges , 3) disadvantages of CPTE graduate teachers. The findings shows that the CPTE teachers encountered different challenges in terms of academic work, working on lesson plans, forms, grading system, and in other subject matter that they were not fit to teach. Some of the CPTE program teachers do not acqiured the knowlegde of essentials terminologies in the field of education. Based on the information shared by the informants, some of the CPTE program teachers find it difficult to craft considerable lesson plan and other school related forms. But in the long run they have managed to get along with it as the time passes by. The reserchers also found out that since they encountered different challenges, the informanst stated, that they need to make some adjustment, thus they must upgrade themselvesin order to get along in the field of teaching. Fir the adjustment period the CPTE teachers asked their co-teachers for help. They were also some instances where they allow and made good used of remedial classes in order to make their students learn the lessons that they were not able to understand. CPTE teachers are already considered as teachers, but then there are also advantages which are follows; thet lack proper trainings and helpful seminars, they lack the skills that can only be acquired in training which are necessary in teaching. Their field expertise cannot be applied in all subject areas. With this, it can be said that, CPTE teachers have weak foundation in the field of teaching. For the informants to have better understanding in the field of eduction, the researhers suggest that they must have a lot of trainings and seminars in the field of teaching for them to suit better in this professions.
