Abstract
his study determined that there is significant relationship between regular and early mother students on getting high grades in Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc. the researchers used the descriptive design to present and interpret statistical tabulation of data yielded by the questionnaire. Regular students were randomly selected in every college while purposive sampling was used by mother students . The data collected were collated, tabulated and treated statistically using percentage , weighted mean and frequency. The study revealed that majority of regular students belongs to ages 16-21,while mother students fall in the ages 22 and above. Their study time and study habit shows that most of regular students allot 3-4 hours , while the latter spends 1-2 hours. Most regular and mother students plan specific time and goal for studying. The former studies at home while the latter study ahead of time. Both regular and mother students have no failing grades on any subjects. Most regular students got 1.5-1.75 average grade while early mother students got 2-2.25. the study further indicated that there is a significant relationship between regular and early mother students on getting high grades in Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc. thus rejecting the null hypothesis. Having good study habits, managing time and avoiding absences will improve one's performance in school. To support those students who strived hard to have quality education(e.g early mother students), the school may integrate technology to reach out and equip students with knowledge and skills enabling them to adapt to a fast paced environment.
