Abstract
This study aims to know the reason or effect of the, different factors why parents who are both working and managing their time at the same time act differently on a certain situation. The researchers used the non- probability purposive approach to get the information or specific respondents assigned. The researcher set a specific criteria and a number of parents to be the respondents. Data were gathered through questionnaire measured with 5 parameters namely always, often, sometimes, seldom and never that were given to the respondents. Tables are presented that depict the relationship between the exploration of new parents to work and family commitments to their profile. Analysis of data takes place and through the used of different statistical treatment such chi-square, it shows the summary of the chi-square test regarding the parents’ performances based on their profiles. Based on the age of the respondents, the chi-square value exceeds the critical value, so it is rejected. Result findings indicate that there is a significant difference between the exploration of new parents to work and family commitments when grouped according to their profile.
