Abstract
It is irrefutable that our languages has changed and evolved over the years. One of the proofs of the evolution and modification of the language is the emergence of bekimon language. According to studies, Bekimon language has really gone a long way since the start of 21st century. The propagation of this langauge and form of communication is unstoppabl. Based on the study made by previous researchers about the expansion and evolution of the gay language, the creation of these words made and used only by gays before was duer to discrimation that they experienced in certain aspects of the society. Because of its daily usage in parlors, comedy bars sidewalk and other places where gays proliferate, peoples curiosity arose on what these words, meant eventually using it, thus the expansion on gay lingo. The gay lingo were disseminated and became popular through the advancement and technology and also with the influence of social environment and interactions with the use of mass media. Bekimon language is widely spread by using this colorful language is speaking, communication and entertainment. In these modern times, these bekimon words were oftenly heard and noticed in the conversation not only by gays but also nongays. In this 2ist century, most of the teenagers and millenials were exposed with kind of language, the resrachers aimed to know the most influencial factor in using bekimon language and english speaking skills of the students. Also, the researchers aimed to know the implication of bekimon language in english speaking of the students, in terms of grammar, vocabulary, pronounciation and fluency. The researchers utilized a descriptive method under which is the correctional survey of research in this study. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling satisfying the set criteria: 1) Student should be from balagtas national agricultural high school; 2) Student must be a grade 11 senior high school; 3) Student must be a user of bekimon language. The data needed for this research paper were collected using questionnaire technique in order to provide the details for this study. The researchers categorized the level of bekimonism of the respondents into four level such a mild, moderate, severe and terminal. Findings showed that most of the respondents are severe users of bekimon language. The researchers also find out that there is a very strong positive relationship in the bekimon language and in the four skills involved in speaking, In the test result, the researchers discovered that the media is the most influencial factor that effect the students interest in using bekimon languager. In the finding that the researchers declared, it aimed to help the millenials discover the positive and negative implications of bekimon language in their english speaking skills.
