Abstract
This tudy made use of descriptive method in attaining the objectives of the study the principal aim is to determine the relationship between destination services and tourist satisfaction. There is significance between the destination services and the tourist satisfaction.
A probability sampling was used to gathered data from the staff. and tourist/traveler. The respondents are one hundred (100) staffs including tourist/travelers forty (40) from the staffs and (60)from the tourists/traveller.
1. The respondent answered locally made questionnaire specifically to answer the following question, (1) what is the profile of the crews and customers in terms of; (a) age (b) Gender. (2) What are the service offered in destination are? (3) How does tourist achieve satisfaction from their tour? (4) what is the common destination of tourist?
The gathered data were treated statistically simple frequency percentage and mean ranking were use to describe the profile of the staffs and tourist/traveller.
This study was administered through the used of locally made questionnaire.
The null hypothesis of the study that there is significant relationship between the destination services and tourist satisfaction was tested using chi-square.
