Abstract
This study entitled 'The nutritional value of sweet potato leaf and pineapple juice" shows that taste of mixed sweet potato leaf and pineapple juice was great and very nutritious for human body and it taste like an apple. It has a smooth texture and has different color and taste. It is better to used fresh pineapple juice for the better taste. The sweet potato leaf and pineapple juice expired within 24 hours (i day)
The procedure followed in making sweet potato leaF and pineapple juice was combined with fresh pineapple, sweet potato leaf and ice cube. Blend it until it become smoothie and strain it to remove the pulp bits and pour it in a glass.
Sweet potato leaf was more effective in developing improving the taste and nutrients of pineapple juice. A simple pineapple juice and sweet potato leaf were improved with more vitamins, electrolytes, minerals, and nutrients.
The recommendation for sweet potato leaf should not be boiled with water, because its nutrients and taste will become useless. Its better to used fresh pineapple than pineapple juice in canned for the better taste of finished product. It was also recommend to use the unique style of packaging , lastly, lessen the a,ount of sweet potato leaf for great taste.
