The purpose of this study is to determine the development of Dr. Yanga’s Colleges Incorporated. This study aims to gather information about the general problem; Does the College of Maritime Education have done tremendous development from 2010-2013 in terms of: Physical plant and Facilities, Faculty and staff and lastly the Systems. Does the development of College of Maritime have been utilized by the faculty and students? To what extent in the development has done by the top management in the College of Maritime Education from 2010-2013 in terms of: Physical plant and Facilities, Faculty and staff and lastly the Systems. The students stated that degree development of the College of Maritime Education in Faculty and Staff got the weighted mean of 3.91 with verbal interpretation of good satisfactory, Physical plant & Facilities and System got the weighted mean of 3.69 with the verbal interpretation of good satisfactory. The total weighted mean of all three category got averaging 3.76 mean with the interpretation of good satisfactory. The studnts agree that they utilized and enjoy the development of the college of maritime with the percentage of 27 or 77.14% and 8 or 22.86% of the respondents are disagree. The students stated that the extent of development by the top management of the institution was “system” got the highest weighted mean with the verbal interpretation of Good Satisfactofy, the “Faculty and Staff’ got the lowest weighted mean of 3.71 with the verbal interpretation of Good SatIsfactoiy and 3.79 was the total grand mean with the verbal interpretation of Good Satisfactoty.
