Community exposure was the first experience of nursing students/profession on giving health care service to the community through the services rendered in the specific health center. It is imperative that the health services provided in a certain community are utilized , and the health services given are beneficial to the residents of the said community . The cause and effects of non utilization of these health services should also be considered. The significance of this study for the community is to identify the different factors that could affect the health of the people so that the health care team would know the proper interventions to deal with the community's health needs and problems. For the health care team to determine the different possible ways on how the community would be able to utilize the health services provided by the health center. On this thesis the researchers assumed that the health services rendered by the health center are not fully utilized. So they have conducted certain procedures to determined the barriers why the health services are not being utilized.the researchers used descriptive method in conducting their research paper , they have undergone purposive process of gathering, analyzing, classifying, and interpreting related information and data about service utilization , the researchers conducted the study in the community of Tabang, Palridel,Bulacan.They used convenience random sampling method in selecting their respondents. There are 55 respondents based from the number of families who are available and selected based on their experience in utilizing Health Center. They used a closed form of survey questionnaires in gathering actual information. They used percentage method and arithmetic mean as statistical treatment in their study. after the researchers have gone through different methods in gathering data ,the results showed that the health services are not fully utilized by the community .there is lack of information dissemination regarding the different services rendered and there are misconceptions that health centers are for indigenous people only. The health care team should be aware of trhose problems and seek new ways on how to improve proper information dissemination like having house to house visit regularly . The health care team should also have a good relationship to the community. Also the community should contribute to a faster transition of their relationship with the health workers towards a more harmonious and accomodating health center.
