Tour De Pilipinas - Android Games
Android games have not always looked as impressive as they do nowadays; the earliest games from the beginning of the ‘60s were almost only made by dots on the screen. Throughout the 70’s video games grew more and more popular. The tennis sports game pong is the first video game to become a commercial success. It was originally a game which could be played on entertainment machines in shopping arcades. But in 1975, Atari inc. released a home version of the game to be played on a console. It became a huge success and sold thousands of copies. Afterwards, a lot of other so-called arcade games were released in home versions too. (Cody L. 2014)
Today Android games offer the player impressive graphics, sound and landscapes. Some have claimed that violent computer games have a bad influence on young people. Yet, most scholars and academics do not support the rage of politicians. They state that children and young people are able to distance themselves from the violence they experience in Android games.
In addendum, the proponents lead to a conclusion that gaming is for leisure and elevate one’s stress. The propose study will develop an enhance video games that promotes Philippines demographics, cultures and personalities.
