Abstract
It is stated one of the official languages in the pPhilippines is english, Somehow based on the british council, the Philippine should not be at ease of doing fine in terms of english competency. The Philippine need to advance step its efforts in improving the teaching of learning in english. An innovative way of teaching that is circulating around the world is the flipped classroom approach or inverted classroom. It is an innovative teaching pedagogy wherein a home work is being done in the classroom so that the boring lecture will be done at home by video lectures. The purpose is that to have more time on practicing of what they have learned in the video, in this approach they have a chance to use the content rather than consuming the content, and engaging more themselves in the classroom rather than doing it own their own at home. The researhers investigate whether this new teaching pedagogy will work or not in Dr. Yanga's Colleges, Inc. high School Department grade 10 students from the sections of unity and truth. The locale was chosen because they will eventually need the english skillacquisition entering the senior high school level. The section are chosen randomly. The findings are based on the hand experience the students and the respondentshad with the researchs. In summary, it can be concluded that the experimental group learners acquired all the four macro skills namelt: listening, speaking, reading and writing in order of the flipped classroom effectivenessit is then better than the control group students that have not experienced the intervention of the flipped classroom. The researchers proved that introducing the flipped classroom appraoch was effective in acquiring the four macro skills of the grade 10 students of Dr. yangas Colleges, Inc, Although they were different factors to consider in using this as an approach sauch as the availability of the technology that needed that flash drives, cell phone or any device that may use to watch the videos and also the available time at home of the students. Otherwise, including other evidences came from the other researchers and data analysis of this study, this showed a bigger difference between students who were conducted by flipped classroom from those who were not and what was betterto use in acquiring the four macro skills of the tenth- grade students
