Computerized Pre-Advising and Registration System is an integrated system intended to help the College of Computer Studies in having a systematic way of subject registration. The proposed study was chosen by the proponents because they wish to help the College of Computer Studies in to having an automated system and to get rid of using the manual system. The proponents believed that having a computerized preadvising and registration system will provide great enhancement of school processes.
It not only helps the students and office clerk but also it will help the institution in aiming to its goal to cope up with the advancement of the technology. Second, it will greatly help the department in minimizing the work of the office clerk in assessing the student’s curriculum. By using the system they can get the student information easily by using the advanced functionalities of the system. -
The proposed study is designed to develop a Computerized Pre-Advising and Registration System of the Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. - College of Computer Studies. The study will help the college in regards to have a pre-advising and registration process more convenient.
The proponents conducted several methods to design the proposed system and became successful to the output of study such as descriptive, internet, survey and creative methods. These methods serve as instruments used to gather information to pursue the study. Lastly, to be able to utilized all the knowledge that the proponents gained from the academe.
